Plan on arriving at the lodge the day before these
dates at 6:00 pm and departing the day after by 10:00
am.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve a
spot on the schedule. This is a nonrefundable down payment.
It can be transferred to another party. A deposit may
be refunded if a cancellation takes place 120 days prior
to the trip and if the trip is sold to another party.
The client is responsible for his or her travel to
Blue Mountain Lodge. Please plan on arriving at the
lodge in the evening and departing in the morning. The
charter flight to and from the lodge is with PenAir.
The approximate cost round trip is $240. We will make
the charter arrangements for you as soon as we receive
your travel itinerary. We need to know as soon as possible!
